    Hi I'm new to Groupon so am a bit unfamiliar with how it works. With purchasing these deals do I have to live in Florida in order for them to work??

    No you do NOT have to live in the city where the deal is being sold. You can use it where ever you are. Simply purchase the deal, and then clunk on the link about to create a ShoeDazzle account.
