I sometimes have mixed feelings about ShoeDazzle. There are times when I might get a Customer Service Representative who doesn't seem to care about satisfying me as a customer. Take for instance when I called a few weeks ago. I had an item that I'd purchased back in January of this year (2011) as a Dazzle Deal (randomly selected items offered on Tuesdays & Thursdays of every week at the ShoeDazzle price of $39.95, and the price is only good for 48 hours). It was the "Cache & Carry" wallet set, which included a wallet, coin purse, checkbook holder and sparkling makeup set. I had used the wallet only about 2 or 3 times, and the zipper had come completely off track, making it no longer usable. Well, I called in to customer service to ask them to replace it, and was told that because I was past the 30 days allotted to return/exchange/replace an item, there was NOTHING they could do for me. Now while I understood that I was well past the grace period, again I had only used the item 2-3 times. So I was really disappointed in the answer I was given. I mentioned to a couple of my Sole Sista's how much I LOVED the set and was really bummed that I couldn't use it anymore. They suggested I call and try again. Well, I took their advice and was thoroughly satisfied this time!! I got a call from Mary Dazzle, and once I briefly explained to her the circumstances, she didn't hesitate to send me a replacement. THIS was one of those calls that made me love and appreciate ShoeDazzle & the CS reps. While the original color I had (purple) was sold out, I was lucky enough to get the beautiful red color. I want to give a special THANK YOU to Mary for helping me without hesitation and making sure I remained a satisfied customer! I won't give up on them JUST YET, as long as they continue to offer satisfaction like Mary offered! Take a look at my new set.
